Holiday Break

I've been telling my man jokingly that he's getting a third job so I can stay home and craft all day rather than go to work, simply because I think it's a much better use of my time :) Much the same happens every school holidays.

My latest project was my much needed plastic bag holder.

After months of only quilting it was strange sewing something that was going to have exposed seams so my little Elna Lock got its first work out for the year! better late than never hey! 

 

Love the vintage key print on this fabric! *edit* after writing this I had the "genius" ideas to stick my scraps in my spare photo frame, becasue that's how much I love this fabric right now.

Next..... placemats!
