Ironing board cover is done!

Lookie Look Look Look!

My ironing board cover is done woooohooo! I'm so excited to have this done because the quilting on this was such a process after I had to rip out what I had originally done because it was sooooo bad. However, I did enjoy ripping it out, it was very relaxing in a way... I know, I'm a little weird hey?

I decided to just go with some simple lines to accent the seams and to keep any bubbling or bumps to a minimum. That's the last thing you need while ironing right?!?

My sewing "room" is slowly coming together. This was a project I had in my mind as soon as I bought it because the original cover was a bit dodgy, a plain light blue and the foam was very thin. I cannot wait to use it!

NEXT! come ooon place mats! I will get you done soon! here is a sneaky peak at the other fabrics I'm using to go with the green and charcoal I've already used.

The first and second grey fabrics were bought on Etsy.com from Sew Fine Fabrics.

Hope you have a productive weekend, don't forget to go and check out and enter my Tilted Bows giveaway here!
